KamiKitten: My creations are file share friendly. You can share my files with others through email. You may include my work in Full Sims package only on free downloads websites and forums. Remember to give me credit and link back to my site. You can use my full Sims in your screenshots, website previews, videos, stories etc. Credit is needless but always welcome. If you want to recolor my creations or make them to defaults/ replacements that is ok for me as long as you give me credit. That goes for make-up and genetics only, do not touch the clothes! Do NOT upload my work to the PAID Exchange or The Sims Resource or other pay sites (this means in full sims and separately as well). Do not use my creations for commercial purposes! Forget about using my alphas and textures to make your own creations! Do not edit, modify, change my Sims to make your own! Don’t claim my creations as your own!
Enayla: You can (as long as proper credit is given): Upload my skins, eyes, and makeup with your Sims. Use them in any model on any site. Use them in any pictures, stories or videos. Add tattoos or piercings for upload. Recolour for your own, personal use. You can’t: Redistribute my skins on paysites. Redistribute recolours of your making. Claim the skins as your own.
RenSim: “You may include any of my non-donation content in your packaged sims and lots, providing they are made available for free and require no signup or opt-in to download. This includes distribution on forum and community sites, but they must be accessible to guest viewers. Please also include a credit link.”
Helaene: “Genetics/Makeup/Clothing/Accessories: Please feel free to include these items in your Full Sim uploads at any site. Credit should be given to me (Helaene, http://www.helaene.com).”
Sussi’s Policy: “Including Content With Sim Uploads: You may use Sussi’s eyes, makeup, hairstyles, and jewelry for sim uploads with credit to Sussi. Please link back to the appropriate thread so that downloaders may get the required mesh!”
Just Sims 2 (Barcelonista): “May I upload your content to the MTS or to other sites? Yes,but with credit and link on JustSims2 and free sites only. You can include our hair in your packages, but only with credit and a link back to our site. You can also recolor our hair meshes, but please don’t use our textures, create your own. You can upload houses with our furniture included, but please give us credit and link back.”
Sims 4 Life: Clothing meshes may be uploaded with sims with credit and a link back to the site.
Liana Sims: “You may redistribute my meshes as long as you give me credit and provide a clickable working link to my site. You can use my clothes in stories, movies, preview pics, no credit needed.”
Simply Styling: For some reason, theirs is more complex. There is a coded system on the website. “May original files/ recolors placed in own projects and than offered online? Only the files which be marked with this symbol (Hammer)Credits must be given with a link back to the website.” Most of the clothing appear to have the hammer symbol, but take care to check.
Noukie Sims: When you want to share: Never upload any part of our work to a paysite. That includes sites with donation sets.
Credit and/or link back for: Uploading to the Exchange, Uploading with a sim, Recolors of hairtextures on our hairmeshes, Retexturing of our hairmeshes, Using the textures used on NOUKS hairs on another mesh by another creator.
Decorgal Designs: You may package my fashions or furniture recolors with sims or lots uploaded to MTS2 type sites or your personal free site only provided you give me credit and a link to my website www.decorgal.com. Hacks or other custom content may NOT be uploaded anywhere without my permission.You may not package my content for upload to the Sims 2 Exchange or for pay sites.
Sims2Cri: You can include our files in a downloadable sim without asking, but you should give credits to Sims2Cri by putting our link and you can’t publish the sims2pack on the official Exchange. You are not allowed to recolor our texture. The hard work is to create the texture, so if you only recolor the part made by you is really tiny. You can recolor our texture only for personal use, this means you can’t publish the file.
